The drumming of jargons (RPL, target audience…), head spinning theoretical models (Carey ID model, Skinner Operant theory…….) and the spectre of assignments requirements i.e. plan out a curriculum, develop assessment plan, cross reference matrix…………

ACTA is a great programme despite its key weakness: compressing of critical knowledge contents within the allocated training hours and over emphasis on assessment leading to “lost at sea” upon application of gained knowledge in actual workplace activities i.e. curriculum development, classroom management………..
The attached ACTA CUs remained in the raw state for highlighting on reflection: the many “errors” that may warrant the dreaded “NYC” (Not Yet Competent) status.
